Description

Dangar Falls is a spectacular 30-meter waterfall with an opportunity to swim in a crystal clear fresh water. So far it's one of my favourite waterfalls in Australia. It's easily accessible and is 5 minutes drive from Dorrigo. This pretty cascades of water are set in a very scenic place surrounded by farmland and Dorrigo forest. It's a quite place with many opportunities to relax and have a family picnic there. If you do not want to come down to the waterfall, use one of the lookout platforms. But my advice is to have a short and pleasant walk along the Bielsdown River banks to the waterfall pool. If you are brave enough, have a refreshing swim in it. It's absolutely safe and unforgettable.
